NOT as good as the Hype / Overrated
Pros
The Pay and Benefits was Good. Tesla paid for me to go to school and take classes. Plus: Medical Insurance was EXCELLENT, Dental + Vision was also good. Salaries are Good. They can afford to pay Good salaries at Tesla. The work schedule can be good too, if you like rotating 4 -> 3 schedule (work 4 days, Off 3... rotate: Work 3 days, Off 4 Four days)
Cons
TOO MANY RULES & REGULATIONS and CORPORATE RED TAPE!! It was NOT really Fun and Enjoyable work. The Rules & Regulations hinder creativity and Work Enjoyment. Sometimes the Rules & Regulations also hindered work Productivity. Other Departments made it difficult to get our work done. The Management contributed to this Corporate Red Tape / Excessive Rules & Regulations. Also: very little opportunity to get a Variety in the type of work one is doing unless you switch departments.
