Not sure where to begin: -Morals of CEO are quickly declining. -Cybertruck and the delay in Autopilot have caused morale and motivation to plummet. -Lousy PTO/Snow Day allowance for WNY winter weather. -Management is predominantly underqualified and cliquish. -Pay raises are meager if none. -Ability to climb the corporate ladder way too competitive and overly stressful. -Management has made too many mistakes when handling their employees/policies, allowing for unjust firings. -Management will talk down to you, mostly but not always. Team leads were overworked and underpaid as well as the data annotators. -Mental health providers were very underwhelming and did not help those who sought them out only resulting in more quitting then retaining.
