-terrible management who are obsessed with power -no bathroom breaks unless you want to be written up -too many similarities to a facist state , must wear all black , bend over backwards to Elon , speak freely you will be suppressed , raise saftey concerns about the car they will hunt you down and fire you for petty stuff

Great technical exposure Brilliant minds to work with Fast paced environment always requiring you to adapt and improve

Upper management is out of touch and unaware of teams inner workings, they care only about the overall statistical outcome and if that does not please Elon, they take drastic actions. You will burn out quickly if you don't pace yourself. A lot of work pressure is applied on everyone in the lower levels contributing to the quick burnout. Be prepared to not be commended for your contributions much and be treated as if it was the bare minimum you had to bring in to your role.
