Pros
Not many. At first seems like you will have an awesome set up with company stocks but they do not vest until 14 months of employment.
Cons
Horrible work life balance. They treat you like you are a slave. Stocks waived over your head but do not vest until 2 months after 1 year of employment. Managers are incompetent. Based off favoritism not smarts. They shuffle you around to other show rooms even if you say "no" due to commute. They promise you things that never happen. Worst most toxic work place I have ever worked at. They make you canvas outside of the showroom. For a billion dollar company there are no bonus, commission or perks yet they press you to sell sell sell only your hourly rate is the same as a mc donalds employee. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
