Great people, early hours, overtime available
Cons
Work you like a slave for peanuts. They tell you they want quality but they're geared toward quantity. They have unrealistic expectations. They're getting geared toward being a drp. They want you to handle 40 plus files. They have favorites and will make sure they aren't handling more then 20 cars. They change procedures and how they want you to do things every 12 hours. They make it hard to get into a rhythm. The work life balance is horrible. If you want a life outside of work. Go anywhere else.
