Skookum is a great company. They stand by their mission to create opportunities for people of all abilities. Excellent health benefits, paid time off and profit sharing. Great work/life balance. Admin team is very supportive and attentive to needs.

Cons

401K employer contribution could be better but is still generous.

Supportive, inclusive, positive work environment with frequent opportunities for growth and learning. Management has been outstanding helping me realize my goals and potential.

Cons

My experience has only been positive so I do not have any cons. Even though working through the pandemic had its challenges, we were able to have a very productive year.

I enjoy the purpose of Skookum. The company has a great culture, they've grown a lot and have invested back into the employees. Depending on your job, they have a flexible remote work schedule and care about their employees.

Bremerton is a small town, sometimes too small
