This is a NISH Company which specializes in hiring and promoting persons with disabilities and vet's. You can let your disability become your asset as many of us have to hide our disabilities in regular jobs. You will not be held back in promotions or limited by corporate or your managers for providing creative ideas for improvement. In fact it is encouraged.

Cons

It is a contract for the government which means that the company is subject to the term limitations such as 5 years or whatever the agreed contract is for. You may also be subject to being involved in government shutdowns when the budget goes up before congress.
