      Pros

      Good Benefits and if you get injured on the job you will be taken care of.

      Cons

      Horrible supervisors you basically have to kiss butt to move up the ranks its not about what you know its about who you know and the work is not stable at all you could get laid off at any given time.

      Management, is there to collect a check. they try to micromanagement employees. They like to hire former military, but yet when they come with ideas and team work is not allow. No space to grow
