They are a revolving door type hiring company but the benifits are good
Pros
$4/hr went into an IRA out of my pay, The company will work you if you apply yourself and come to work everyday, the pay is super good, If you have a disability they will put you to work before other new hires, I you get clearance through skookum the shipyard green cards could possibly be hired on direct to the ship yard instead of just the contractor
Cons
They don;t always have work, work is short term and they will no longer give you hours after a couple of months of depending on great hours, you never know when you will next be out of work, they don't give you any warning that you are about to lose your job because of no contract, they will let you go or wait for you to quit, I got a college scholorship of $2,000 to go back to school after not getting hours. I figured if I was waiting for work that I might as well go to school since it had been a year and i needed an income. they sent me a letter saying I voluntarily quit because I went to school
