      Pros

      Very positive disabled veteran community of employees. Set forty hour work week.

      Cons

      No training program for fleet maintenance on the JBLM contract. Disability accommodations not filed by HR, or taken seriously by management. Retention without consequence for discriminatory employees. High turnover rate due to toxic management. Hostile workplace due to favoritism, cronyism, and rampant discrimination.

      Pros

      I been working for 19 years with skookum been to different bases I have learned alot. Alot of different levels of cleaning are required.

      People need to learn how to treat others especially the leads... favoritism
