Pay, fans in the shop,

Cons

Mental health, harassment, management, company is blinded by greed for a nonprofit, the union needs to go, company lies, hr works for management, management is not educated for the job, many employees have left due to mental health issues with management, no room for advancement.

Good medical if no family members on plan.

Cons

Ability One Company? Really? See what happens if you get injured OFF the job. Assistance with disabilities? Really? Once you submit paper work you're on your own, never seeing the recommendations for assistance. Open door policy? Really? See where a complaint takes you.

The pay is the only thing good.

Cons

The work environment is hazardous. Overworked. Management doesn’t truly care about your concerns for safety, etc…Equipment is broken or they don’t have the right tools. Micromanage. Attitudes aren’t positive.
