      Pay is good but management is terrible

      Pay, fans in the shop,

      Cons

      Mental health, harassment, management, company is blinded by greed for a nonprofit, the union needs to go, company lies, hr works for management, management is not educated for the job, many employees have left due to mental health issues with management, no room for advancement.

      Skookum has a positive culture built around collaboration, respect for others and the mission. It's been a great place to work for many years and looking forward to my own growth and Skookum's growth in the years to come.

      Keep promoting success stories to the outside world.
