Pros

I worked there for about 2 yrs and would say, Testlio is a good experience. It has interesting projects, mostly mobile and good salaries. However, I faced inappropriate behaviour from one of test leaders there, this guy in not a professional. He doesn't count on project deadlines, I spotted this minimum 3 times yet and then blames other testers and threaten to report them to managers without any reason. This is the only one negative point I spotted. If you're a professional, then you can try to work on Testlio and that would be a positive experience with opportunity to develop your skills. Hope Testlio stuff would work closely with their TLs to grow them as professionals so there would be minimum negative points in our work to make products better.

Cons

Lack of projects for my area, sometimes unprofessional Team Leaders
