Pros

Working here is amazing. People are friendlier here than any other place I've worked for and I've had several great jobs. Always new things to do and learn, whether it's planned or unexpected.

Cons

They don't want to develop from within to replace talent, they'd rather hire externally to grow their numbers to make their shareholders happy. It is what it is. I still love this place and I could easily come back here someday.

Depends on office location, but if you find a good culture fit, then it's great

Cons

When there are no more big contracts, employees are left to compete for hours. Even 30 minute conversations are not billable sometimes, so there is an atmosphere of competition and survival.
