      Good people, interesting projects, good place to learn and grow flexible working hours, field opportunities

      Cons

      Projects can become repetitive over time, with limited challenges and fewer opportunities to get involved in different sectors or multidisciplinary work Personally, I didn't find this as a con but there are minimum team building events.
