Pros

Large company means wide array of potential projects. I was part time so I worked at an hourly rate with per diem when on projects greater than 50 miles from home.

Cons

Getting a feeling of tightening here at the moment. Expense reports are being scrutinized more, I hear of full time employees being furloughed/let go. I worked on disaster remediation and was working 11+ hours 7 days a week for weeks at a time, then had as much time off as I wanted to.

Great team (At least mine is), decent corporate culture, and amazing remote flexibility.

Cons

Low salaries, raises don't keep up with inflation, and the the our benefits led to an effective 7.5% pay cut this year.
