Great team, people are very motivated, many of employees is in their first job so highly inovating and creating ways to analyse, friendly environment to work.
Cons
At the current time we are lacking some professional management and ways of doing the day-by-day work. We lack in strateging and planning ahead the project fundamentals. Don't have a Career development plan.
