      Science focus. High value in technical solutions for the clients, which is very satisfying in the professional accomplishment of the employee. There is a very large field for professional development within a role, and also with different roles throughout a whole career.

      Consulting is a stimulating, but high pressure job. It is easy to have too much work and not always that easy to redistribute it to others
