-Extremally great work life balance. -Remote Work. -Projects aren't overwhelming.

Cons

-Not a lot of resources or support. -Travel Reimbursement takes longer that is comfortable. -Salary is a good bit below market. -A lot of turnover and changes in team dynamics. -New business seems to be reducing and current contracts are becoming non-ambitious.

Pros

Flexible, casual, decent vacation time, work-life balance, interesting projects and fulfilling job, drug screening only required for specific projects/clients.

Cons

Workflow is something to get used to, work is rarely assigned to you, you have to seek it out from managers. Salary isn't very competitive, although Tt is a LARGE international company. However, if they like you they will counter offer decently. Also, for an environmental consultant, they don't recycle as much as they should. Safety is a preached as a priority, but truly only for liability purposes (of course). Also I was hired on with intent to go in a specific direction, and after three years I have been promoted, but not into the department I was supposed to transition into.
