      Pros

      Most benefits were standard for any US corporation. The HQ campus in Pasadena is quite nice.

      Cons

      Tetra Tech is a conglomerate. As a result, there is not a sense of corporate pride or even comradery . The corporate office oversees administrative functions, but often does not have a vested interest in the mission of the individual operating companies, particularly those which are focused more so in the philanthropic arena and do not generate much revenue.

      Pros

      Everybody works as a team and always willing to help as long as you are willing to ask for it. Projects are very interesting.

      Cons

      Government clients can be quite demanding. Some personalities are a big overbearing but you will find that in all companies. Too many subdivisions within the company which makes work more complex that it needs to be.
