Fast-paced learning environment, but low compensation

Pros

Fast paced work environment where you can learn quickly if you apply yourself. Direct management is fantastic in providing guidance and support, It is a great place to start your career and build up technical skills and abilities, but there is really no longer term potential to grow into mid-career roles.

Cons

Significantly under values employees in terms of compensation. Base salary is well below market value and there are no year end or performance related bonuses which is also uncommon for the industry. This makes it challenging to justify staying with Tetra Tech for longer than a few years.
