      Pros

      Good work-life balance, overall. You can "hide" without anyone noticing. It doesn't really matter if you're incompetent.

      Cons

      Terrible senior management. Bullies, actually. I have never seen a company with no interest in upholding their own stated values.

      Pros

      The have good people within the organization. My local coworkers were good to work with.

      Cons

      Staff are clearly just numbers and profit centers. I was asked to work on projects (including writing government documents) where I had NO training or knowledge of the subject. The health plan was essentially a fraud. All claims seemed to be denied unless fought the denial.

      Very smart and innovative people working for a great cause. An international footprint which allows for valuable experience in different cultures and views.

      Cons

      The company is not as open minded as you would be led to believe. There is a level of disconnect between the operations and corporate.
