      Pros

      Excellent working for Tetra Tech. I was based in the region - in Africa and recieved a lot of support for my career development

      Cons

      I wish there can be an inclusion of a retirement plan or pension scheme for those that are not in the HQ or not US citizens. I am sure an arrangement can be made to this

      Large enough to cover a variety of important areas of work and provide adequate resource support

      Cons

      Many smart people (for example PhDs) but doesn't necessarily lend itself to a cohesive culture

      Pros

      They implement USAID projects in many countries arround the world. The salary is based on your historical salary and your education.

      Cons

      The prejects ..they are projects wich means they will end soon. And you dont have a full time job. It can only be two or three years.
