      Pros

      Good work-life balance, overall. You can "hide" without anyone noticing. It doesn't really matter if you're incompetent.

      Cons

      Terrible senior management. Bullies, actually. I have never seen a company with no interest in upholding their own stated values.

      Pros

      Very smart and innovative people working for a great cause. An international footprint which allows for valuable experience in different cultures and views.

      Cons

      The company is not as open minded as you would be led to believe. There is a level of disconnect between the operations and corporate.

      Pros

      Good working environment, lots of opportunities to learn and the people are very easy going. In the mississauga office there are several engineering teams and working in multi-disciplinary projects allows people to learn new knowledge. They have felx time, which is great especially for people with kids. Overall is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Some times the workload gets very low and people get a little bit nervous about their job.
