Pros

The bank is full of talented and intellegent employees. Everyday is a learning experiance. The work-life balance is great. Part of the banks motto is "go home." It's great!

Cons

Don't expect a indepth training program. After a short onboarding you are set loose and are on often on your own to get grounded.
