Pros

People have been fantastic, and opportunities abound as the bank continues to grow. Also, relationship manager compensation continues to be highly competitive.

Cons

If incoming employees aren't used to a nurturing, welcoming culture, I could see it being a bit of a shock; honestly I haven't seen any fellow employees having issues once they're on board.

There are some very bright working at the bank.

Cons

Very political environment with inefficicient internal processes makes it difficult to accomplish anything. Employee goals are unrealistic in current economy.
