Job takes long hours and can be high stress

Understaffed and terrible shop conditions, the new store management is inexperienced and is prone to making mistakes that cost employees their bonuses & draw a negative eye from corporate. The biased management will place blame for store performance on a small group of employees while favoring others. The opportunity to learn and grow skills is absent from this location, Shop supplies and tooling needed to complete the most simple of maintenance is missing as well. from wasted service calls, miscommunication between customer and in-store staff, to the countless remidial training programs they they enforce you attend, I advise any experience service technician to avoid the bulverde location at any cost!
