Pros

This is for the most part a good company with a lot of hard-working employees trying to do the right thing for patients.

Cons

There are pockets of inefficiency and disfunction; leadership in certain departments who view their areas of responsibility as their personal fiefdom - and who never let you forget how little you matter.

Pros

Decent benefits and lots of local in-network options. The size of the system makes it easy to change jobs within the system and not loose benefits, level of pay, PTO, ect.

Cons

If you are an RN on the non-clinical side, there are few options offered in regards to advancement opportunity. Especially if you are seeking advancement outside your current department or job role. Also, as a non-clinical RN, don't expect a pay increase for achieving a higer level of education or a certification. Also noted, poor succession planning for management and executive positions.
