Pros

High performers get paid big bucks. Technology is top notch.

Cons

Managment makes poor business decisions and the end result is management remains in place but engineers get laid off. Groups work in silos here with little sharing or cooperation. Can get pigeon holed doing certain designs or tasks.

Pros

- Good technical leadership. - Good challenging work, with lot to learn especially at the beginning of your career. - Not worked long enough to comment on the growth, but seems good to me.

Cons

- Considering it is a big organization, it may not be easy to go up the ladder. Otherwise completely satisfied working here.
