Patent administrator (though they called us legal assistants)

Pros

Insurance was good and reasonably priced since the company has so many employees.

Cons

They give you the title of 'legal assistant' when you're actually doing paralegal work; that way they can keep the pay low. Also, management is concerned with outside sales/bottom dollar, not with employees.
