Pros

Career growth opportunities with variety in a single company is great. Didn't see the politics found elsewhere. Culture values corporate heritage with a goal to continue to earn it.

Cons

Middle level management is hit or miss. Some great, others not. Once you get a negative performance review from any it is hard to recover. Salary nothing to write home about, prefer to hire more expensive, less experienced from outside than pay current employees.

Pros

When I first started here, I was told by current employees TI = Training Institute and Tiny Income. I don't believe this to be true. They reward hard work and effort, and they have reasonable expectations for work/life balance.

Cons

TI was like a family to me... but a dysfunctional one. Politics are horrible. Also, mass layoffs really hurt the culture.
