Pros

Big company and mature process/procedures.

Cons

Lots of people left the team (8-9) due to lack of direction and bad management. Overworked with a non competitive salary in the Bay area and I personally faced sexism on my team so beware... also got pushed more into a test/validation role then the design role I signed up for. Wasn't able to transfer teams even though I requested multiple times when talking to HR and even though it's a big company they couldn't find another team for me which was suspicious....
