Steady work and pay. No sign of layoffs or bonuses not going out. Super supportive of charity, volunteer work with matching donations to causes you care about. Great people to work with.

Cons

Too few people for too much work and unreasonable goals. Burnout is a real problem.

TI has provided me so many opportunities through the recognition of my hard work. It has allowed me to provide for myself and my family at a level I wouldn’t have been able to obtain elsewhere.
