Pros

Competitive pay, great benefits, profit sharing, high 401k matching, bonuses and restrictive stock sharing available if you are a high achiever. Great place if you are a curious problem solver who loves to work on teams.

Cons

Response around the clock is expected for manufacturing positions, high pressure and tight timelines for releases. Budget within manufacturing group is exceedingly tight.

Pros

Good experience a lot of opportunities. So much flexibility on hours and work related to process, programming, etc. Get to learn a lot of the semiconductor process.

Cons

Too much reliance on myself. Not too much appreciation for how much I train people. Management pretty selfish and don’t appreciate engineers like they should.
