- Job security - Fascinating technologies depending on what you're working on - Strong, competitive pay for the work - The company is led by very smart, strategic leaders

Cons

- It feels hard to accelerate your career if you are younger, corporate landscape is occasionally quite political - Work can be monotonous depending on your role.

Pros

- High tech industry, it's nice to be near the cutting edge of technology - Comfortable work/life balance - Senior Management is very competent - Everyone at the company is very nice

Cons

- Upward mobility felt like it was gauged by years of experience rather than talent and drive. - Cafeteria food is terrible. - Company has trouble having fun.
