Pros
The pay is decent, you get 3 hours of OT each day, and you work a compressed shift. They recently added more paid holidays and more paid time off.
Cons
Management doesn't listen and constantly changes things. Also, supervisors constantly change. It's hard to move up; they want operators to act like Leads without Lead pay.
