Pros

Amazing manufacturing. Large sales force and global reach. Solid benefits. Rich Templeton is a good CEO and human being.

Cons

TI has become a manufacturing company. Innovation within the product line is challenging. Constant turnover in the sales force means relational capital is hard to obtain with customers.

Cons

Growth is pre-determined and not transparent Innovation is only important in manufacturing and product design; nowhere else is innovation prioritized Employees outside of engineering are viewed as less critical Diversity is mostly successful at lower levels, not in the upper mgmt and executive levels
