Pros

The pay is higher then other industries. Working compressed shifts gives you half of the year off.

Cons

Long shifts 12 hour shifts. Like other industries there are fewer people and more demands.

Pros

Solid place to work if you're a new college graduate. The benefits, time off, and profit sharing are good.

Cons

There is a reason for a high turnover rate. Management is disorganized and the priorities are increasingly benefitting stockholders over employees and good products.
