Very open minded and freedom to work is good.

Cons

Very tough job. On the radar every minute and very tough expectations as TI runs very lean on count. No work life balance.

Lots of learning, work with cool machines and understand semiconductor industry, feels like real enigneering work, very hands-on

Cons

High pressure environment especially from internally, can feel like labor work, learning curve is hard and is not for everyone if not hands-on.
