Pros

Pays well and good people to work with.

Cons

They are stuck in legacy type culture and I am afraid they don’t realize they need to change especially around their obsession with cost. The place is barely being held together. If they lose a few key people, it’s going to be bad. They have had a virtual monopoly on some parts for years and they need to listen to suggestions from people who have been outside their system.
