Pros

The low cubicle walls make for great people watching.

Cons

Most are having to do the job of 2 or even 3. Poor benefits. Constant layoffs under the new regime, morale is low. Micro-management. Not innovative, just cost focused. Archaic RTW policy.

Pros

only pro is that it is TI.

Cons

Toxic work environment –Toxic upper management leaders practices sometimes create unnecessary competition and tension among colleagues instead of fostering collaboration. Outdated management style – Leadership tends to micromanage heavily, with a work culture stuck in the 90s. Remote work(which is rare) comes with hourly reporting requirements, which signals a lack of trust. Poor employee benefits – The site is small with no real perks, you get only break area with two tables apart from your desk, where your manager and will be track you how long you are glued on your seat!
