Pros

Great people (usually) Growing industry Good work/life balance Great place to learn early in career

Cons

Attrition is a problem lately for middle career employees. Upper mgmt ignores the issues or only pays lip service. Pay is below market, and profit share is not enough to compensate. Inconsistent WFH policies between groups, but generally forcing people back into the office. Job satisfaction is heavily tied to the group you are in. Went from loving this company to being indifferent to having a negative outlooked based on SBE I was in.

Pros

Schedule flexibility, good paid time off, excellent benefits, excellent opportunities to get stock bonuses, employee discount program for stocks, profit sharing every year, 401k matching, HSA account

Cons

Wishy washy leadership at times, constant shuffling the reporting structure, difficult to develop over time with so many manager shuffling, work can be repetitive, have to request getting involved with different projects and areas
