Pros

Competitive pay Good insurance Culture of promoting within Fast paced Respected name

Cons

Role can be repetitive Rotation program makes it take a long time to feel comfortable and confident in the PME role without much learning or benefit from the rotations. Leaving your base team leads to not being connected to a specific team for a while or being able to contribute individually for well over a year.

Pros

Everyone in the department is very friendly and approachable when asked with questions. A buddy is assigned to a new hire to ensure that the new hire can learn the ins and outs of the company. Personally, it helped me get accustomed with the environment faster. When it comes to benefits and compensation, base pay is very competitive and there are 3-4 bonuses each year.

Cons

There might be some cultural differences and language barriers when it comes to locals that came from other provinces.
