Pros

The compensation is competitive, and the work is challenging

Cons

There are major infrastructure gaps that make too many processes manual. This is a recipe for inefficiency and mistakes.

Pros

Steady work and pay. No sign of layoffs or bonuses not going out. Super supportive of charity, volunteer work with matching donations to causes you care about. Great people to work with.

Cons

Too few people for too much work and unreasonable goals. Burnout is a real problem.
