Min 1 month bonus, Max up to 3 months including profit sharing, chances given for learning curve

Cons

Poor work life balance, no boarderline for work and life, get call during weekend and day off, burn out fast, frequent opt change

-The benefits of MNC -Good payment for entry level -Great profit sharing incentives -Relatively young colleagues makes it easier to communicate -Gains a lot of knowledge because of self incentive and trainings provided by company

Cons

-Depends on the market movement, if the demand is high, expectations to deliver will be high and can be stressful -

-Multiple projects to lead -People are very open to help/willing to teach -Opportunities to learn new systems/methods -Good starting salary

Cons

-College graduates need to learn new things FAST (for more projects) -New shift schedule is pretty bad/taxing for the body (11-11AM/PM for 4 days work/3 days rest) -Work/life balance is below average
