Pros

easy to learn processes (10+ years behind cutting edge) processes/products can run for decades

Cons

boring work, little to no real innovation willing acceptance of mediocrity up to the highest levels of the company high workload due to constant small layoffs, constantly understaffed fabs end up being run by 2 dozen folks, the rest are constantly turning over for new college grads who eventually leave within 5 years for better jobs.

Pros

Diverse, inclusive, very supportive teams, approachable management, flexible working time, career opportunities, profit sharing, healthy working atmosphere

Cons

Bad work life balance, too many changes way too often, very strong corporate culture, teams too shrinked, in recent years no real care of people, no experts hiring - only interns, way too strong focus on savings, weak working council, no control of working time - regular overime compensated by 4 extra vacation days per year, expensive canteen, no senior roles
