Pros

Good bonus payouts. Very clean work environment. No open chemical tanks, they are all contained.

Cons

Toxic or hostile work environment from technicians to management. Engineers aren't so bad though. Not sure why people come to work to bully and exhibit passive-aggressive behavior. Management does absolutely nothing to rectify it; they just don't care.

Pros

Talented engineers. Lots of growth opportunities. Good first job--but don't get trapped. Not a good place for a career unless you are good at politics

Cons

Cutthroat Management and HR. Terrible work/life balance. Lots of layoffs/No loyalty to hard-working or talented engineers. RSUs vest 100% after 4 years--they laid me off 1 week shy of vesting to avoid paying.
