      -Get to work with best of the minds in the field

      -Recently the workplace became too much crowded. It's time to expand the infra for TI. Nothing else I can think of.

      Flexible schedule that's about it

      Cons

      Pay is low they do pay daily OT but still the 13 hour day comes out to be about $200 for the day and the health insurance is the worst I ever had. They offer a high deductible plan for the full price of a regular health care plan.
