Pros

Great culture, autonomy, lots of responsibility, decent pay for HR, can jump around in HR easily

Cons

Change-resistant, old school HR practices, too lean, not reliant enough on tools and technology, too heavily reliant on interns/rotation program/people who grow up at TI

Pros

Great company to start your career. TI invests a lot in teaching New College Grads and promotes from within.

Cons

There is an apparent age gap in the engineering workforce. Many engineers left TI after 7 to 10 years. The experienced engineers that stayed have been there for their entire careers, 20+ years.
