Pros

Professional corporate culture, great benefits, solid Fortune 500 company with a respected reputation.

Cons

Can be stifling to innovation and opportunity due to top-heavy management structure. Too many middle managers that impede communication and responsiveness.

Poorly managed and toxic HR culture

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Good work/life balance. Fairly competitive comp & benefits. Steady growth and continuous business results in the industry.

Cons

Highly perception driven culture in HR, not performance. Unrealistic expectations of new people (NCGs and exp hires) to look, sound, and act just like the people who have been there for 15+ years. Poor HR people managers given interns and HR NCGs and don't know how to coach or develop talent. Lack of trust in HR community.
